Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 15, 2016 according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP04Y10C614 (KZ2C00001204, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", EUBNb7) of Eurasian Bank JSC for the period from July 21, 2015 to January 20, 2016.

According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under review; as of January 21, 2016, 34,043,400 remained unplaced.
