OREANDA-NEWS. PNB Kazakhstan Bank JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), in an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"... National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on February 15, 2016 … DECIDED TO:

To bring the Bank to an administrative responsibility according to part 2 of article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code of July 5, 2014...and impose on the Bank an administrative sanction in form of a penalty to theamount of two hundred monthly calculation indicators.

The mentioned sanction was imposed after the Bank committed a violation taking the form providing the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of false reporting..."
