Sonova announces changes to its Board of Director
OREANDA-NEWS. Sonova Holding AG, the world’s leading provider of hearing solutions, announces today that its Board of Directors nominates Lynn Dorsey Bleil as a new board member for election at the next Annual General Meeting in June 2016. The company also announces that John J. Zei will retire at the same time from the Board since he has reached the mandatory retirement age.
Ms. Lynn Dorsey Bleil (born in 1963, US citizen) recently retired as Senior Partner (Director) from McKinsey & Company in the US after more than 25 years of advising senior management and boards of leading healthcare companies on corporate and business unit strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and public policy across all segments of the healthcare value chain. She is a Non-Executive Director at DST System since 2014 and Stericycle since 2015. Ms. Bleil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Spoerry, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sonova Holding AG, stated, “Ms. Bleil’s extensive experience in Healthcare Management Consulting will bring valuable strategic perspectives to Sonova.
