Eastcomtrans LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE that "on February 10, 2016 Moody's Investors Service affirmed the long-term rating of Eastcomtrans LLP at level "В3", the possible default rating at level "В3-PD", the rating on national scale at level "В3.kz" and the rating of the Eurobonds of the Company (ISIN XS0918292151) at level "В3". The outlook on all ratings was changed from the "Positive" to the "Negative".
