Subsidiary Bank Home Credit and Finance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of being brought by the decision of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 2016 to administrative liability and imposed an administrative penalty for "an offense under Art. 262 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses".
