OREANDA-NEWS. February 17, 2016.  ING Groep N.V. has given notice to redeem all of the outstanding 600,000,000 ING Perpetual Securities (ISIN XS0246487705) on 17 March 2016. The securities were issued by ING in March 2006 as part of its regular hybrid funding programme and have a first call date in March 2016. They were part of a liability management transaction in December 2011 when the outstanding amount was reduced from 600,000,000 to 66,140,000.

The total redemption amount is 66,140,000, which is equal to 100% of the principal amount of the outstanding Perpetual Securities, plus accrued and unpaid interest to and including the Optional Redemption Date.
