OREANDA-NEWS. Nizhnekamsk (Republic of Tatarstan) hosted a labor collective conference of the PJSC TATNEFT’s Petrochemical Complex, which summed up the results of the Complex enterprises activities and fulfillment of the Collective Agreement for 2015 and outlined the tasks for the current year.

The annual event was attended by Gumar Yarullin, Trade Union Committee Chairman of PJSC TATNEFT, Anvar Vakhitov Director of OOO "Tatneft-Neftekhim" Management Company, Elvira Dolotkazina, Deputy of the  Head of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District and  Mayor of Nizhnekamsk and Albert Sagdeev, Trade Union Committee Chairman of the OOO "Tatneft-Neftekhim"  Management Company.

A report on the outcome of the Petrochemical Complex enterprises activities in 2015 was presented to the delegates of the conference by Anvar Vakhitov, Director of OOO “Tatneft-Neftekhim” Management Company. In 2015 the enterprises of the Petrochemical Complex of TATNEFT produced 11.990 million tires, including 875,000 SSC tires, more than 116 thousand tons of carbon black, 260 mold sets. The Nizhnekamsk Mechanical Plant   provided services to maintain the equipment in operational condition for the amount of more than 1 billion rubles. Mass production of 42 new tire models was started. In December 2015 the Nizhnekamsk SSC Tire Factory came to the design level of production.

According to Anvar Vakhitov, within the framework of the investment program at the enterprises of the PJSC TATNEFT’s Petrochemical Complex reconstruction of the compression facilities of "Nizhnekamskshina" was carried out in 2015 with replacement of obsolete equipment by   new high-performance machines.  An X-ray system for quality control of passenger and light truck tires and steel cord cutting and connecting line were purchased.

The processes of the corporate quality management system were being improved with introduction of new requirements of the consuming car manufacturing factories, and the management system of "Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod" was incorporated into the corporate quality management system.

Considerable work was done to ensure the environmental safety and reduce the negative impact of the enterprises’ activities on the environment. The amount of 256 million 883 thousand rubles was spent for the purpose.

The environmental management system in accordance with requirements of ISO 14001:2004 is effectively functioning at the tire factories. PJSC "Nizhnekamskshina", OOO "NZGSH" and OOO "NZSH CMK" successfully passed the recertification audit in October and December of the reporting year.

According to the director of OOO “Tatneft-Neftekhim" Management Company this year the "Kama" Scientific and Technical Center plans to develop 62 new models, and it is starting to develop prototypes of 6 new product lines of the Viatti passenger and light truck tires. The plans also provide for reconstruction of the "Nizhnekamskshina" stock-preparation shop, which will allow increasing the production of modern rubber compounds by 30 thousand tons per year for the production of the Viatti tires.

The results of the Collective Agreement fulfillment in 2015 and the draft Collective Agreement for 2016 were presented to the audience by Albert Sagdeev, Chairman of the Trade Union of the OOO "Tatneft-Neftekhim" Management Company. He pointed out that all   the commitments set out in the Collective Agreement had been implemented. The administration together with the Trade union activists continued working in such important areas as the organization of efficient and safe workplaces, continuous improvement of the staff professional skills, health improvement of the workforce members, cultural and sports activities.

Gumar Yarullin, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of PJSC TATNEFT, and Elvira Dolotkazina, Deputy of the Head of Nizhnekamsk Municipal District and Mayor of Nizhnekamsk highly appreciated the activities of the Company's Petrochemical Complex.

The conference delegates adopted the Collective Agreement for 2016, as changed and amended.
