"... National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on February 12, 2016 … RESOLVED:

To bring the Bank to administrative responsibility according to part 4 of article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code of July 5, 2014(hereinafter – the KAVC) and impose on the Bank an administrative sanction in form of a penalty to the amount of three hundred monthly calculation indices.

The mentioned sanction was imposed after the Bank committed a violation taking the form of multiple (two or more times within twelve consecutive calendar months) violation of the mandatory limit set by the National Bank ..."
