Pursuant to requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law 'On Banks and Banking Activities' the Bank of Russia notifies on the initiation of the procedure of the reorganisation of the Moscow-based joint-stock commercial bank Bank of Moscow (open joint-stock company) or OJSC Bank of Moscow (Registration No. 2748) through spinning off of the Moscow-based joint-stock company BS Bank (Bank Spetsialny) or JSC BS Bank (Bank Spetsialny).
