Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 3, 2016, on approval of the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP05Y05E054 (KZ2C00002111, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CSBNb14) of Kaspi Bank JSC for the period from June 22 to December 21, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the reporting period. As of December 21, 2015 184,000,000 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
