OREANDA-NEWS. The subsidiary of Great Wall Motors - «Haval Motor Rus" – at the end of February promises the deliveries of new Chinese cars of 2016 manufacture year. First of all, we are talking about the models H2 and H6 models with an automatic transmission, later there will be deliveries of H8 and H9. Now Russian dealers generally have H8 and H9 models of the last year of production. At the same time, the company refused the supply plans of H6 Coupe.

The company has serious plans to seize market share in Russia. In 2016, the sales of another Chinese brand were stopped completely - Great Wall (in January, it was not sold a single car), which is also a part of Great Wall Motors. This share may be received by its Chinese "sister" - a brand Haval.

Recall that in September of 2015 Great Wall Motors has announced the construction of its own plant with a capacity of up to 150 thousand cars per a year in the Tula region. It was assumed that, since 2017, the plant will produce Haval cars. Agreement on the construction of the plant was signed in Shanghai in May of 2014 with the Government of the Tula region. It was reported that the company will produce four models under the brand Haval, including H2, H6 Coupe, H8 and H9.
