Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press-release stating that "Kostanai state revenues board brought the Bank's branch to administrative responsibility according to part 1 of article 285 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code and imposed an administrative sanction in form of fine following Resolution No. 000652 on imposing an administrative sanction of February 11, 2016".
