OREANDA-NEWS. February 16, 2016. Fitch Ratings has affirmed all classes of Banc of America Large Loan, Inc. Trust 2009-FDG, commercial mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2009-FDG (BALL 2009-FDG). A detailed list of rating actions follows at the end of this press release.

KEY RATING DRIVERS
The ratings are tied to Fitch's rating of the U.S. sovereign debt, currently rated 'AAA', Stable Outlook. The underlying collateral was defeased in November 2013. The loan matures in January 2017.

RATING SENSITIVITIES
These bonds are secured by defeased collateral which is reliant on Fitch's rating of the U.S. sovereign debt securities; future ratings actions will occur along with Fitch's rating of the U.S. sovereign debt.
