OREANDA-NEWS. Former Cenkos Securities senior corporate adviser to the investment funds sector, Dion Di Miceli, has joined Gravis Capital Partners LLP ("GCP"), the specialist investment advisory firm, as Head of Investment Funds where he will work with the Boards of GCP-managed funds, their investors and advisers.  Dion has over 15 years of experience working with Boards, investors and managers of investment funds advising on and structuring a broad range of transactions covering IPOs, secondary issuance, mergers and corporate transactions.
