JSC TGC-1 Says Thank You to Consumers who Pay for Heat on a Timely Basis

OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2016. Based on the results of payments for heat and hot water supply in 2015, JSC TGC-1 thanked its consumers in St. Petersburg who demonstrated good payment discipline. Exemplary payers were chosen among management companies, homeowners' associations, and industrial enterprises.

"We have sent thank you letters to our consumers who conscientiously pay their bills and fully perform their contractual obligations. "High payment discipline directly facilitates sustainable functioning and development of St. Petersburg utilities as well as reliable heat and electricity supply to the city", Sergey Lapin, Head of Heat Sales Department at TGC-1, commented.

The heat payables in St. Petersburg total RUB 5.2 billion. 75% of the debt (RUB 4.7 billion) is due from management companies.

"It is a multi-component issue and can be solved only with joint efforts of input materials suppliers and consumers. We are intent to meet the needs of our consumers willing to repay their debts: we enter into instalment and restructuring agreements, as well as assignment agreements in relation to the debt due from city residents," Sergey Lapin added.
