AsiaCredit Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of February 2, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y10E566 (KZ2C00002848, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", LARIb5) of AsiaCredit Bank JSC in the period from May 12 to November 11, 2015.

According to the letter provided, as of November 11, 2015 26,913,364,811 pieces of the said bonds were outstanding.
