OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"...Government establishment "Kyzylorda regional state revenues department" issued a resolution of February 4, 2016 on applying to the branch of SB Sberbank JSC in Kyzylorda of an administrative sanction in form of a penalty to the amount of KZT63,630 for committing the violation stipulated in sub-item 5 part 3 of article 285 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (failure to transfer (credit), untimely transfer (crediting) of amounts of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, obligatory pension contributions and obligatory professional pension contributions, social expenditures or committing faults at filling in of bank details in a payment document due to a fault of thebank or organization carrying out particular types of baking operations, at transfer to another bank or organization carrying out the cash-desk service of the budget system, of amounts of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, fines, penalties).

This resolution arrived at SB Sberbank JSC on February 5, 2016".
