OREANDA-NEWS. Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), in an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"1. Date of the Company's supreme body's decision on the loan – Board of Directors of Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" JSC, January 27, 2016;

2. Date of the Company's receipt of the loan – February 8, 2016;

3. Intended use of the loan – funding of construction of dwellings for further leasing in accordance with terms of the Regional development program until 2020, approved by a resolution No. 728 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 28, 2014;

4. Loan amount – KZT22.5 billion;

5. Percentage ratio of the loan to the Company's equity capital as of January 1, 2016 – 47.38 %".
