Agricultural credit corporation JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated September 3, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP02M90E700 (KZ2C00003283, KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from the quasi-public sector", AGKKb5) of Agricultural credit corporation for the period from June 17 to December 17, 2015.

According to the letter provided, as of December 17, 2015, 8,205,213 bonds remained unplaced.
