OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ has announced its intention to enter the Iranian market. To implement the project there are already selected new partners in the country that have experience in the automotive industry and industrial areas, informed the press service of KAMAZ.

Remember, this is not the first entrance of KAMAZ in the Iranian market. Since 2005 KAMAZ supplied to this country fully complete vehicles. In the spring of 2007 at the assembly production that was created jointly with the Iranian company Rakhsh Khodro Diesel Co, it was launched the assembling of trucks of KAMAZ sets of parts, which was stopped with the introduction of international sanctions against Iran.

In addition, KAMAZ in the next five years plans to strengthen its presence in foreign markets. Already it was signed a contract for the supply of a large lot of KAMAZ vehicles to one of the African countries, exports to Vietnam is growing rapidly.

As part of the development of international cooperation it will be increased the volumes of existing production on "KAMAZ" assembly abroad. Kazakh Company "KAMAZ-Engineering" will expand the range of produced trucks, due to the manufacture and installation of specialized equipment. Indian Experts of KAMAZ Motors Ltd completed the development of two "KAMAZ" vehicles of cheap as possible cost of construction with the use of the Indian market components and parts KAMAZ.

Meanwhile, KAMAZ continues to develop cars that could be interesting for European partners. In 2016, in the assembly production "AUTOBAG" in Lithuania it will start the assembly of pilot lots of 4-6 models "KAMAZ" of standard "Euro-6".
