OREANDA-NEWS. Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company disclosed its financial statements for the period ended on 31.12.2015. The statements shows that the net profit is QR1,087 million Compared to net profit amounting to QR1,796 million For the same period of the previous year.
 
Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR0.87 For the period ended December 31, 2015 to EPS amounted to QR1.43 for the same period of the previous year.
 
The board of directors of the company recommended a dividend of QR0.7 per share for the period. The Board also approved the calling to convene an Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the shareholders on Wednesday 9th of March, 2016. Agenda items and meeting details will be provided later.
