ABLV: About changes in ABLV Group
OREANDA-NEWS. At the beginning of this year, several changes were performed in ABLV Group. On 28 January 2016, ABLV Bank, AS as the sole member established a new affiliate company ABLV Advisory Services, SIA, the share capital of which amounts to EUR 2 800.
There were also changes in the companies of Pillar, which are a part of ABLV Group. The name of the company Pillar 10, SIA was changed to Pillar Investment 1, SIA, and from 27 January 2016, the sole member of the company is Pillar Investment Group, SIA. The name of SIA ”Schaller Kyncl Architekten Riga” was changed as well, and from 2 February 2016 its new name is Pillar Architekten, SIA.
Whereas on 25 January 2016, a new company Pillar Investment 2, SIA was established, the share capital of which is equal to EUR 10 000. The sole member of this company is Pillar Investment Group, SIA. On 3 February 2016, a new company Pillar 22, SIA was established, and its share capital amounts to EUR 200 000; the sole member of this company is Pillar Holding Company, KS. A
BLV Bank, AS holds substantial indirect interest in the said companies.
