BNP Paribas: The Group at the Netexplo Forum 2016
OREANDA-NEWS. On 10 and 11 February, the Netexplo Forum will take place at the Paris-Dauphine University in Paris. Organised by Netexplo, an independent observatory created in 2007 that studies the impact of digital technology on society and business, this event reports on the major trends in global digital innovation affecting public policy, industry, consumer goods and the economy.
As a partner, L’Atelier BNP Paribas is actively involved in the event. Olivier Dulac, President of L’Atelier, will present an award on 10 February to Noriko Arai, a professor at the Information and Society Research Division of the National Institute of Informatics in Tokyo, for his Todai Robot Project. In addition, Louis Treussard, CEO of L’Atelier BNP Paribas, will be participating in the roundtable discussion “When smart cities are built together with citizen stakeholders” on 11 February.
Also of note is the Netexplo 2016 Grand Prix award, the winner of which is chosen by Internet users from a shortlist of 10 finalists, whose activities range from designing drones to prostheses to robots composed of magnetic nanoparticles, among others.
On 11 February, the Netexplo forum will be broadcast live on the Internet.
