OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has withdrawn its credit rating on REGION Investment Company JSC (REGION IC) due to expiry of the contract. The company is assigned an exit rating of ‘A+’. On Mar. 13, 2012, REGION IC got NRA’s first-time credit rating of ‘A’, which was raised to ‘A+’ on Apr. 17, 2013. The latest rating affirmation dates Aug. 14, 2015.

REGION IC acts as a corporate center, as well as a holding and operating company for the entire REGION Group that has been present in the Russian investment market since 1995. The REGION Group includes REGION IC’s subsidiaries, namely REGION Broker Company LLC, REGION Depository Company CJSC, REGION Leasing CJSC, and the asset managers, namely, REGION Asset Management CJSC, REGION Portfolio Investments LLC, REGION Trust LLC and REGION Development LLC.I n 2013, the Group established an advisory division, RE-Con CJSC.
