Oceaneering Ranks First in Five Categories in Independent Customer Satisfaction Survey
OREANDA-NEWS. February 02, 2016. Oceaneering International, Inc. (“Oceaneering” or the “Company”) was recognized as the leader in five categories in an independent customer satisfaction survey.
- Rated First in “ROVs” for Eight Consecutive Surveys Since 2006
- Rated First in “Performance and Reliability” and “Subsea Equipment” for Sixth Consecutive Year
- Rated First in “Deepwater Applications” for Fifth Consecutive Year
- Rated First in “Offshore Applications” for the First Year
Oceaneering earned first place for total customer satisfaction in five categories in EnergyPoint Research’s 2015 Oilfield Products segment of the Oilfield Products & Services Customer Satisfaction Survey. The annual survey is the industry benchmark for customer satisfaction in the global oilfield.
The five categories Oceaneering received top honors were remotely operated vehicles (ROVs); performance and reliability; subsea equipment; deepwater applications; and offshore applications.
