Siteworx Implements Telco Accelerator and SAP® Hybris® Commerce Solution for ACN
Siteworx launched the SAP Hybris Commerce for ACN’s Wireless Division, Flash Wireless, which sells wireless plans and devices on three of the nation’s top networks through its network of Independent Business Owners, or IBOs. As part of the project scope, Siteworx revamped shop.flashwireless.com and developed a platform with a modern, clean front-end design that features easy-to-navigate content. With the new site and Telco Accelerator in place, IBOs and customers benefit from a more unified user experience across diverse product lines from a single platform. The SAP Hybris Commerce solution and Telco Accelerator also provides IBOs with tools to improve engagement and personalization while providing customers with buy/select self-service options. These self-service options give customers more control over the buying and plan selection process.
