How It Works
Global Benefits Services integrates the benefits management platform, Darwin™, provided byThomsons Online Benefits, with Xerox’s newly developed Life@Work® portal, which provides employees anytime, anywhere access to benefit information.
The Darwin technology platform allows the Xerox Global Benefits Services to leverage a single, standardized repository of information, consolidating all benefits data for the employer. Integrating Darwin and Life@Work makes it easy for the employer to manage employee benefits and provide a uniform experience that is both educational and engaging for all of its employees wherever they are located.
