OREANDA-NEWS. Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press-release stating that "the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan brought the Kostanai Branch of the Bank to administrative responsibility under part 4 of article 217 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code and imposed an administrative sanction in form of a fine in accordance with the Resolution on issuing an administrative warning of January 25, 2016".
