OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has raised its reliability rating on BCS Asset Managerent JSC (BCS AM) to 'AA'. The outlook for the rating is Stable. The company was assigned NRA's first-time reliability rating of 'A' on Sep. 29, 2009. The rating was upgraded to 'A+' on Sep. 16, 2010 and then was raised each consecutive year. The latest rating action on the company (rating upgrade to 'AA-') dates Dec. 2, 2014.

The reliability rating upgrade reflects BCS AM’s business expansion through the takeover of another asset manager, increasing assets under management (AuM), consistent revenue generation, its experienced and highly skilled management team and the high probability of owner support. The rating also the company's good diversification by business line and its well-balanced investment policy that helps enhance the liquidity position and lower the risks in the company's AuM portfolio.

The rating is constrained by the company's limited market position, as revealed by NRA's business scope analysis.
