OREANDA-NEWS.  Alijarah Holding Company announces that Announcement date has been postponed due to lack of quorum the Board of Directors.

And decided to postpone the Board Member Meeting to Monday evening 25 January 2016 for the approving of the financial statements for the year 2015.
