Del Webb at Chateau Elan, located adjacent to the Chateau Elan resort in Braselton.  Targeted toward residents age 55 and better, the community will span 385 acres and feature 730 single-family ranch homes with an amenity center of more than 25,000 square feet. The community is expected to open for sales in the fall of 2016.
