Eximbank Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), in an official letter informed KASE "of replenishing a bank deposit under a deal of Eximbank Kazakhstan JSC with a party related to the Bank by a special relationship, which brought about an increase in the Bank's liabilities by an amount exceeding 10% of the Bank's equity capital".
