OREANDA-NEWS. Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow, dated 23 December 2015, with regard to case No. А40-208852/15 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution joint-stock Commercial Bank Greenfield (joint-stock company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2711, date of registration — 24 February 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-107, dated 18 January 2016) to terminate from 19 January 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock Commercial Bank Greenfield (joint-stock company) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2892, dated 23 October 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Credit Institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank Greenfield (Joint-Stock Company) or JSC Greenfieldbank (the city of Moscow) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
