Bank of Russia: On termination of activity of provisional administration (1/19/2016)

OREANDA-NEWS. Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow, dated 28 December 2015, with regard to case No. А40-181328/15-4-563B on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Profit Bank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3234, date of registration — 14 March 1995) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-110, dated 18 January 2016) to terminate from 19 January 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Profit Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2374, dated 8 September 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Credit Institution Commercial Bank Profit Bank or LLC CB Profit Bank (the city of Moscow) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
