MOL Plc. hereby informs the capital market participants, that from 1st of January 2016, in line with the provisions of the Accounting Act, the company will prepare the annual financial statements for the parent company in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). As a result, from now on both the consolidated and the parent company’s financial statements and reports will be compiled in accordance with IFRS.
