ForteBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of January 11, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP08Y25B557 (KZ2C00000073, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", TEBNb11) of ForteBank JSC for the period from May 30 to November 29, 2015.

According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the reporting period; as of November 29, 2015, 83,686,799,867 pieces of the mentioned bonds emained unplaced.
