ASYL-INVEST JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of its having been brought to administrative responsibility by a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2016 for violation of the requirement "for disclosure of information according to the procedure and on terms defined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) internal rules of the stock exchange, article 263 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
