OREANDA-NEWS. Insurance company Amanat JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of being served with summons:

"...1. The statement of claim submitted on December 21, 2015 to Almaty Special  inter-district economic court by Concord travel LLP, received by the    Company on January 12, 2016 on the recognition of failure to make insurance payments in the total amount of KZT7,790,710 (seven million seven hundred ninety thousand seven hundred ten) to be illegal".
