OREANDA-NEWS. PrivatBank has launched an interactive web page devoted to the bank’s results in 2015. The most important figures, facts and achievements of the bank for the last year are gathered on the special web page available to journalists, bloggers, the bank’s customers and other visitors.

“During this very difficult year for the country we, with help of our customers, not only confirmed our leadership position among Ukrainian banks, but also developed and implemented many breakthrough solutions that make banking services even more convenient” - said Sergii Danilenko, marketing director of PrivatBank. - “PrivatBank is a completely open bank, so we have brought together the most important figures and facts in order for journalists and customers to be able to access reliable information”.

In 2015 PrivatBank became the largest taxpayer of any Ukrainian bank and was ranked among the top banks in Central and Eastern Europe. PrivatBank was acknowledged as the Bank of the Year and the most profitable Ukrainian bank. In the past year over 17 mln Ukrainians topped up their mobile phone accounts every month via the bank. The monthly turnover in PrivatBank’s POS-terminals installed in retail networks totaled UAH 6 bln.

In 2015 PrivatBank’s website not only became one of the top-20 most visited sites in Ukraine, but also was the first website of any Ukrainian bank ever recognized as one of the 10 most popular bank websites globally.

Other achievements of the bank in 2015 include implementing an “ordering a taxi” service and creating a national network of automated parcel terminals (APTs), where everyone can receive purchases from leading e-shops and parcels sent via postal operators.
