Eurasian Bank brought to administrative responsibility
OREANDA-NEWS. Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

... on the basis of the Resolution of the Specialized Inter-District Administrative Court of Almaty dated December 7, 2015, for committing an administrative offense by providing false, as well as incomplete reporting, data and other information requested, the Bank was brought to administrative responsibility according to Article 263 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code in the form of a fine of 100 monthly calculation indexes or KZT198,200 (one hundred ninety eight thousand two hundred).
