Qazaq Banki JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "by the decision of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan... the bank was applied administrative sanctions in form of a penalty to the amount of 250 MCI, for committing administrative violations provided for in part 2 of article 277 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
