OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has assigned its national scale 'BBB+' credit rating to Eco-Engineering LLC. The outlook for the rating is Stable. It is the first time that the company is assigned an individual credit rating by NRA. The rating is underpinned by the company's fair financial profile, in particular, its profitable operations, strengthening revenue, capital and net profit metrics, as well as its strong balance-sheet liquidity ratios. NRA also notes that the company's borrowing portfolio is well diversified by creditor bank, and that one of the creditor banks is Eco-Engineering's strategic partner.

The rating is constrained by the company's high debt burden, its predominantly short-term debt maturity profile and modest profitability.

In addition, NRA notes that there have been factors that have affected the company's business standing during the period under review, which has also weighed on the rating score.
