Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of the letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated December 24, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the report on the results of offering of bonds KZP01Y06D707 (KZ2C00000776, KASE official list, Other Debt Securities category, KKGBb9) of Kazkommertsbank JSC for the period from April 9 to October 8, 2015.

According to the letter provided, no bonds have been placed in the period under review. As of October 8, 2015, 32,661,939 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
