OREANDA-NEWS. The inflight entertainment system has be modernised in both cabins and new seats have been installed. There are full-flat seats in World Business Class and seats with extra legroom in Economy Class. A total of more than 4,700 seats were renewed. Furthermore, each Boeing 777-200 is now 500 kilograms lighter and therefore more economical.

Having completed its Boeing 777-200 renovation programme, which began in September 2014, KLM will now start on the metamorphosis of its Boeing 777-300 fleet, consisting of 10 aircraft. KLM previously renovated the World Business Class cabins aboard its Boeing 747-400s.
