OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that by the Resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015, it was imposed an administrative penalty for "delivery of false statements for purposes of monitoring of sources of supply and demand, and information on use of foreign currency in the domestic foreign exchange market (part 3 of item 218 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences)".
