OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to refuse to resister the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Resurs M placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14852-А-001D, to recognise the said additional issue of securities invalid and to cancel its state registration;

to refuse to resister the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company N-Invest placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14861-А-001D, to recognise the said additional issue of securities invalid and to cancel its state registration;

to register an issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the Moscow-based Mortgage Agent Eclipse-1, limited liability company, placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 4-03-36476-R to the issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company State Research Centre of the Russian Federation — I.I. Leypunsky Institute of Physics and Power Engineering (Kaluga Region) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-83134-Н-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Stella-K (Republic of Tatarstan) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-54392-К-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Tekhnologiya Obninsk Scientific Production Enterprise named after A.G. Romashin (Kaluga Region) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-14890-А-004D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Russian Export Center placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-83367-Н-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company VekService placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-79989-Н-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Sakhalin Energy Company (Sakhalin Region) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-32890-F-006D to the additional issue of securities;
