OREANDA-NEWS.  On 29 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel  series АVII-002 qualification certificate No. 002837 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist to manage non-governmental pension funds on non-governmental pension provision, compulsory pension insurance and professional pension insurance issued to Oleg V. Leskov.

The reason to cancel the certificate was the repeated violations of Russian pension legislation by Oleg V. Leskov, who exercised from 1 April 2013 through 31 July 2015 internal control over the non-governmental pension fund Trade Union Non-governmental Pension Fund Garant-Prof — non-profit organisation — of social insurance (hereinafter, the Fund), when the Fund repeatedly violated Russian pension legislation which resulted in the cancellation by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3001, dated 2 November 2015, of the Fund’s licence No. 125/2, dated 29 November 2005, to carry out pension provision and pension insurance.
