OREANDA-NEWS. December 31, 2015. The acting cabinet has decided today to start negotiations on extending the length of the Moldovan-Israeli governmental agreement on the temporary employment of Moldovan citizens in certain fields in Israel.

The decision provides for extending the bilateral agreement's availability period for another three years, until Juanuary 5 2019.

The document ensures a legal and fair hiring process for Moldovan citizens who arrive to Israel for temporary employment. The document also prevents the payment of illegal taxes. The agreement ensures the continuous between the sides on the recruitment, accommodation, arrival, employment and return of Moldovan citizens following their temporary activity in Israel.

The Moldovan-Israeli governmental agreement on the temporary employment of Moldovan workers in certain work fields in Israel was signed in 2012. Five stages of the agreement have been successfully implemented so far, within which 2,112 Moldovan citizens were hired in Israel.
