Following the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow, dated 7 December 2015, on case No. А40-208868/15 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Doveriye, Ravnopraviye I Sotrudnichestvo, limited liability company (Bank of Russia registration No. 1679, date of registration is 25 December 1991), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law 'On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)', the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-3752, dated 25 December 2015) to terminate from 28 December 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Doveriye, Ravnopraviye I Sotrudnichestvo, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2894, dated 23 October 2015, 'On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Doveriye, Ravnopraviye I Sotrudnichestvo, Limited Liability Company, or CB DORIS BANK LLC Due to the Revocation of Its banking Licence'.
