OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Russia approved amendments to the Plan for the participation of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (hereinafter, the Plan for participation, the Agency) in the bankruptcy prevention of the Joint-stock Company Krasnodar Regional Investment Bank or JSC Krayinvestbank (registration No. 3360).

Pursuant to the approved amendments, Russian National Commercial Bank (PJSC) will act as an investor in implementing financial rehabilitation measures for JSC Krayinvestbank.

According to the Plan for participation, the Agency will render financial assistance to JSC Krayinvestbank out of the Bank of Russia's loan in the amount sufficient to set up necessary conditions for the Bank's financial rehabilitation and for the recovery of its sustainable financial standing.
